I realized that I need to prepare my food daily. I eat healthier when my food is prepared and my meals are planned out. So for the next month I'm going to see how much I can plan during the week and prepare meals in advance.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Very true, I cook it all and portion it and freeze it. It makes it a lot easier to stick to the plan. I am actually doing extreme fat smash it is working and after cycle 3 I will just start over until I reach my first goal weight. I was suprised, I thought I would be hungry because the calories dont even hit 1000 but I am not.
