I know my weight earlier this week was high, I had just got of a mini vacation which I made some bad choices which pushed my weight up. But now I know that I didn't gain all that much over the vacation and I am back on track.
264.6 lb Lost so far: 33.4 lb.    Still to go: 84.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
