I already said it in my last journal entry--I have semi-deliberately skipped the tracks this week, but I'll be humming on down the line next week. I still have places to go!
151.8 lb Lost so far: 43.2 lb.    Still to go: 26.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Diet Calendar Entry for 28 August 2011:
1467 kcal Fat: 50.96g | Prot: 86.08g | Carb: 174.18g.   Breakfast: multivitamin, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat), tap water. Lunch: cherries, grapes, strawberries, celery, hummus, shortbread, tomatoes, radish, cheese, sourdough bread, sliced roast beef. Dinner: fresh pork sausage, whole wheat bread, milk. Snacks/Other: lemonade. more...
