Hmmm so it seems my numbers don't feel like moving. Time to switch my foods around and maybe do more exercise!
174.8 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

My numbers are stuck too! However the math says I have to lose weight on the calories I'm consuming, so just waiting to see what will happen. Good luck to you! If you find the secret, will you let me know? Lol.
