Working out a little too much. body needs a break. seeing great results with CLA 1000 supplement. Helped kicked metabolism up a little. Food has been on point with macro's at 140 g carbs, 100 g protein, and 35 g fat. Had to increase food due to all the working out to allow metabolism to go to work. Stay strong all!
126.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
