I don't care if it's water weight or what, but I'll take it. A pound here and there is just right and I guess I'm going at a good pace. No more grumbling at my 3:00 cucumbers for snacks!
175.2 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 30.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I agree with you slow steps in the right direction will get you there! About a pound a week is fine for me too. :)
