This week had its Ups and Downs but by its End I had Zero change from previous reading. Today is the Last Fasting day of Ramadan, tomorrow is the Feast and 4 days of Vacation hope to maintain that weight during these days.
223.3 lb Lost so far: 22.7 lb.    Still to go: 13.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
