Normally I would not even log my weight as it is too near my goal to stay on the scale. I am not going to lie in this very moment I feel better than if I won the super bowl. Even though weak in some of my workouts I have pushed myself. To all those on FS meet frank because frankly speaking I am afraid of food right now.when I eat I gain plain and simple. Not saying that I m not eating but small portions. I made my best dish yet brown rice guacamole mango salsa imitation crab meat aND carrots. The carrots were added as a filler.the two veggies I lean on right now are mushrooms and carrots to make it seem like I hAve more food than a half of cup of something good.
