I need to start eating more; I'm thin enough! I've really enjoyed participating in the challenges, sharing what I'm eating, taking pictures of me after exercise, pictures of food, taking measurements once a week, having support and encouragement and offering mine to other people. All on the quick private facebook page; easy, fun, and extremely effective.

I even met one of my fellow challenge people today; she came to my gym, signed in as a guest, and did Zumba with me! It was really fun, and it's great to have made a new friend, hopefully a new workout buddy. We have to figure out how to make that work since we have memberships at different gyms.

I really like the Shakeology; it took away my constant craving for sweets, gave me creative outlet in making up new delicious flavors (this morning was strawberry lemonade pina colada, the other day it was a Mayan mocha, another time strawberry basil, chocolate ginger (using chopped fresh ginger); the possibilities are endless and amusing. I don't know if I'll continue to use it, since it's expensive; probably not.

Just wanted to check in with you all who helped me out so much on this journey to health. I'll come back when I'm not exhausted. I did both Pilates and Zumba today, so I have some stretching and rolling to do before bed.
122.7 lb Lost so far: 79.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
