Still losing some weight, I am following my Dr.'s diet plan pretty well, I can not get up to the calories he wants me to be, but I am losing so I guess I'm doing pretty well, except for that nasty little junk food once a week I think I have to have, but I am working on my will power! I try and tell myself I only started on the 8th but I know that is just an excuse, old habits are hard to change but I know I can do it, you all are so wonderful here on FS, I don't know if I would have been able to do this if I had not found this site, Thank you everyone.
191.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 31.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It does get easier over time! The weight graph is trending down = WIN

thank you, once I hit this mini goal, then I will shoot for another 10lbs, one step at a time.
