Sad to say I have not been following my diet or exercising with regularity.
This is why I have gain back 20 lbs. I am ashamed at myself for letting go of the program and going to make an concerted effort to get back on track by recording my food intake and my exercise times
225.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Fit Journey is right. Don't waste your time feeling bad. Jump back on the program and move forward. Every minute you spend feeling bad is time lost on making it happen for yourself. You can do it!
