Big Boy Optimus's Journal, 18 June 2015

I HAVE DONE IT!!! :) Today I dropped below my goal weight which was 120kg and I now weigh-in at 119.8kg :D That's a total weight loss of 8.9kg in 7 weeks without any exercise or supplements!!! Wow! I'm so proud of myself. Now I'm aiming for my next goal weight of 115kg.

My success in weight loss has been through following the 5:2 Fast Diet(modified to be a 4:3 Fast Diet) and Intermittent Fasting(IF) which has been very easy to follow and to maintain especially for somebody like myself that loves eating!!!

I would like to thank all my fatsecret buddies for their support and conversations in my weight loss journey. All the best in your weight loss journey :)

264.1 lb Lost so far: 19.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Y002 all the best on your journey. Try easing into it by 1st just sticking to your RDI limit of calories everyday for a week then add a fast day in your 2nd week, if fast goes well then do a 2nd day. Ramp it up with a 3rd fasting day per week after doing 4 weeks of 2 day fasting per week. :)
