It's getting easier and easier to follow the plan. I hardly have any cravings at all, and the ones I do get are easy to ignore and resist. My appetite has also decreased. As I get closer to my goal weight, though, the thing I am having to watch for is complacency. I think I can get away with more than I really can. At those times I really need to keep telling myself, NOTHING TASTES AS GOOD AS BEING HEALTHY FEELS.
153.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 3.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week

Yes - great quote! When you get to goal and want to eat a little treat, you can exercise a little more to burn it off!
