What can I say? I do well for about 3 days, then I suddenly find myself up to my elbows in pasta, chocolate and high calorie coffees. Just need to get on the ball, buy my healthy foods, and cook them...rather than being lazy and opting for takeout. Also need to start exercising again. What have ya'll found to help boost energy? I think that is my biggest enemy--lack of energy. When I get off work in the evenings, I am too tired to try cooking a healthy dinner and then getting in some exercise. Exercise always make me feel better when I do it, I just have to get started.

When I get home and don't want to do a workout I put my workout clothes on anyway and just do it before I can even sit down. Once I'm on the couch, I'm not getting back up, so even if I'm tired or just don't want to I get my clothes and shoes on and get going. I find it harder to eat healthy than to exercise, but my hubby has been somewhat helpful with that because as long as he knows that I'm planning for something on the grill or something he can get started, he'll start cooking before I'm done with my workout. You can do this!!

Greetings! glad you are back here - I started LCHF - lowest carbs, moderate protein, higher healthy fats and have been losing again. Maybe a change would help you? GOOGLE ketogenic food plan - just an idea. I know different things work for everyone.
