Yay! I was a full pound down from yesterday! There is little better than the feeling of both eating well and exercising in a given day.
I've been thinking about a way to celebrate my weight loss when I'm consistent. I was thinking about picking something unhealthy but still within my RDI for the day and only if I also exercise that day.
What do you all do to reward yourself for eating well? Or is the number on the scale reward enough?

I try to reward myself with non-food items because that can put you in to a bad cycle of thinking of food as something other than fuel for your body. I'll buy a new cd, workout clothes, etc. If I want something, I have it. I just make sure I have the calories for it and exercise that day.

I suppose that makes sense... I think the "if I want something, I have it," mentality is good but I'm not there yet. I still feel as if I were to start mixing in a few "treats" I would lose my resolve. Maybe once I can learn to control that better.
I may try to think of some non-food rewards as well.
