Slow immersion in Yoga! Small weight loss! Things going well but busy ... I am in the midst of a blitz! Planning session scheduled for this week - lots going on. Hope you are doing well my friends! Hey to all my buddies - mom, I saw an entry from you but never got the chance to read it. Hope all is going well Bill! WFN, you are similar to me ... when I don't accomplish something concrete, I feel a bit wasted! Darlene, I hope you are doing ok... all the rest of my buddies I didn't mention personally ... be golden!!!
194.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 39.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Jenn, it's so good that you are taking time to do your yoga. You are so right about me needing to see concrete progress, it makes me feel good.

I have always found yoga to be good for settling my mind as well as stretching and toning my muscles. I am glad you got back to it.
