Stressful week. Had to resort to fast food a few times and even with careful choices paid the price. Do better next week.
366.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 66.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2703 kcal Fat: 122.70g | Prot: 108.38g | Carb: 300.68g.   Breakfast: Egg, Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage Patty, Thomas' Hearty Grains 100% Whole Wheat English Muffins, Cracker Barrel Extra Sharp White Cheddar Cheese. Lunch: Uno Chicago Grill Caesar Side Salad, Corn, Golden Corral Banana Pudding, Sara Lee Classic Dinner Rolls, Schwan's Cheesy Hash Brown Casserole, Kroger Deli Thin Sliced Honey Ham. Dinner: Mayonnaise, Subway 6" Italian BMT, Lays Lattice Cut Aged Cheddar & Black Pepper (Lay's). Snacks/Other: Moon Pie Double Decker Chocolate Marshmallow Sandwich. more...
