Tough week with travel, but still some progress. Can't complain.
364.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 64.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2418 kcal Fat: 95.11g | Prot: 123.43g | Carb: 279.55g.   Breakfast: Bananas, Cracker Barrel Extra Sharp White Cheddar Cheese, Thomas' Hearty Grains 100% Whole Wheat English Muffins, Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage Patty, Egg. Lunch: Chick-fil-A Chicken Nuggets (12 Count), Lloyd's Barbeque Company Baby Back Pork Ribs with Original BBQ Sauce, McDonald's French Fries (Small), Golden Corral Yeast Rolls (No Butter). Dinner: Sun Chips Original, Wendy's BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich. Snacks/Other: Bananas, Gala Apples, Laughing Cow Mini Babybel Original Cheese. more...
