This weekend Fri thru sun I have implemented spin into my normal zumba line up. My calf is hurting a little but all and all I am happy. I like the whole concept me against machine. Although the teacher is barking out resistance this and that you ultimately decide. Today I was dripping sweat because I did zumba and then spin. I bought the fitbit charge hr and I likey. I am addicted at meeting my goals. The only obstacle standing in my way is a sit down job which is super hard to conquer to get in steps.
133.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
