loss seems slow right now, but hey its a loss. Fasting for 20+ hours 2 days a week got this started. Only 4 tsp of cream a day as well.
139.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Good job, I fast for 24 hours twice a week and don't eat after 6 pm. I have my first meal at noon, I eat this way to control my blood sugar and to loose weight. It works, stick with it.
