Hmmm, not sure how the weight loss back down to 139 happened, but the only thing I can attribute it to are the carb blockers. I haven't been eating any better, just taking them before eating anything starchy. I know they've been helping me to not gain, but I am pleased with getting back to where I was two weeks ago. Just think where I would have been if I wasn't convinced that 3Musketeers were THE staple of life!
139.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
