Have stopped somoking for 4 months now and my weight has gone back up plan to start working on it again..lol
142.3 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 22.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I agree not smoking for 4 months is a great accomplishment! You'll get back on track with you weight loss there is no doubt about it.
