A little better. I was able to reduce my calories yesterday to 950 for the day and get some outside work done at my moms. Unfortunately nothing really got done here at home and I didn't work out either.
218.4 lb Lost so far: 55.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Pretty low for a guy. Mine go there a lot. Make sure you are eating nutrient dense food. Nice slope on your weight graph BTW
