I'm super happy with the drop this week. 1.5 lbs down. I increased my calories, upped my protein intake, only did strength training twice this week (vs the 4 days I normally do) and 6 days of cardio. Happy Sunday everyone!
216.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's awesome, way to go! It's funny how sometimes you have to up your calories to drop some weight.
