Average exercise has been 1.5 hours for me daily mostly out of daily brisk walking. As this is a long-weekend for us in Canada, I won't be able to report on Monday as I won't have internet access. But, I'll be having fun walking, biking, and kayaking over the weekend!
I, unfortunately, forgot my lunch at home today. Made do with an egg sandwich & milk at Subway.
