bf is at 41%

didn't ride on the weekend. But, i will ride tomorrow ( weather permitting)

I'm still feeling pooped out- I'm drinking allot of water( 2 litres a day), I'm wondering if it could be caffeine withdrawal (although I'm going on my 2nd week of Atkins). I'm following the Atkins induction to the letter- puzzling
I also use FitDay.com to help me track my intake of carbs, exercise, calorie count etc.
225.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Are you taking a multivitamin (without iron)? I felt the way you do when I am hovering just between taking in enough and not enough calories. (eg, when I have skipped a meal)
