didn't ride on the weekend. But, i will ride tomorrow ( weather permitting)
I'm still feeling pooped out- I'm drinking allot of water( 2 litres a day), I'm wondering if it could be caffeine withdrawal (although I'm going on my 2nd week of Atkins). I'm following the Atkins induction to the letter- puzzling I also use FitDay.com to help me track my intake of carbs, exercise, calorie count etc.
