Hang in there. Balance issues are common with weight changes. Yoga or other balance exercises may help. Yay on your amazing work.

Awesome! Suggest you research a small trampoline with a stationary bar. Inexpensive and simply maintaining your balance can significantly improve your core muscles and thus your balance. I recently purchased one as I am recovering from Achilles Tendonitis and was pleasantly surprised how much it engaged my abdominals. keep up the good job!!

Thank you everyone i greatly appreciate it. Yes i will definitely look into the trampoline and yoga. Love both ^.^ my pt suggested to stand on a pillow and stand on one foot with eyes closed. But to be sure to do it next to a wall incase i need support. If the pillow is to hard, do it without. Also she said other ways would be doing that also while slowly turning your head side to side.

I'd recommend just stretching and not get involved in yoga. For so many reasons it is much more harmful than helpful. I taught it for 15 years and managed a high profile yoga studio in the southeast. From seeing first hand its negative effects on people's bodies, hearts and minds....I no longer find it to be of any true value.

Try calisethentics.. all floor work stretch and strength building, so you can work on co-ordination without risking injuries through falling. Her book is revelation, that was pretty much copied across tones of fitness and sports training regimines.
