well - fell off the wagon so to speak. Hadn't lost weight for a few weeks, diet isn't enough without excercise. Then boyfriend got realy sick this lsat week and everything flew out the window. Time to pick it up and start again - get the eating under control and start working out - 3 days a week minimum.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
