I may have broken my plateau of 190 lbs. On Saturday I weighed in at 185!!! Another great data point... Today I noticed my slacks fitting looser.

Cancun is 5 weeks away so I need to be very disciplined to look good by then.

Here's the plan.
2 weeks - hard core cardio burns (running 3 miles, soccer, weight training - different muscles I don't typically work out)
2 weeks - build muscle w/ less cardio(push up weights on my typical weight work out, interval train or swim)
1 week - burn fat (no salt, drop water weight)

185.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Congratulations Mlmoreno...I've been on one of those plateau's too! What a drag...when your weight just sits there and you are doing everthing right. Cancun would entice me to stay with it...lucky you! Your plan is working...Yeah!
