Caved in to some sweets, mostly cookies and cake due to a seminar I had to attend, couldn't resist. If I was actually hungry, it wouldn't be this bad, but truth is, it was just a craving.
I should exercise more. Cutting calories is not fun, and apart that, weight loss must be accompanied with exercise.
167.3 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
