I’m trying to get back to logging all my food and trying once again to make better choices. Wish me luck!
179.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I too am trying to make better choices. But luck won't help me, it will have to be determination. I again cut out all sugary desserts and my glass of wine while preparing dinner. Bread (grains) is a problem.

You gotta do this! I find logging food does 2 things..it helps you to make smart choices during the day as you can see where your calories and macros are and in turn you can make better food choices. Secondly, it helps with accountability. Planning, prepping, and logging for me are essential!

You’re right, @Snowwhite100! Determination is key! And cutting out sugar is a really smart thing to do. I feel so much better when I avoid sugar! Thanks @Diana 1234. I’ve had success in the past when I have been faithful to keeping a log. One day at a time!
