I have taken off a little excess weight just by returning to the gym and trying to eat less sugar. I don't really care too much about the number on the scale but I would like to fit into the pants (size) I have worn my whole adult life or I'll have to buy a new wardrobe! :)

151.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
