Its crazy how a few bites of the wrong thing will get ya. I ate a couple of bites of the homemade pizza my fiance and son made. I even went to the gym and stepped up my running game.
No gain that's a plus!

I try really hard to log everything. That way I know where I'm at foodwise and if I go a bit off the rails for lunch then I rein it in for dinner. You are doing fantastic!
