weight stabilized, still 215 but 9 days in on gf no potatoes. feeling better even though my gut is still catching up on feeling better. I have to remind myself that this year I was able to lose a lb a week for 6 weeks. I can do this.
215.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
