Been laid out sick for a week and on prednisone, hello weight gain and that's with at least 4 days of not eating cuz I was so sick. Time to work.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Prednisone side effects suck...Glad you're feeling better

They sure do suck - my husband was put on it and he's a diabetic. I know it affects sugar, but after one dose his blood sugar was over 500. No more prednisone for him.
