I'll take it! 7 days traveling at a conference with my wife, eating out 3 meals a day. Could have been MUCH worse. Hope you all had a great week.
141.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
