Chinese food does it again
142.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Dang that sodium, it strikes again, can't say much though 😔 I love soy sauce! Hope it tasted great I also am a great lover of Chinese.
