I'm quickly getting back on track with a 16-8 IF. IF isn't for everyone, but it's been a total game changer at my age (51). -- Macros are low carb 50g, high protein 100+g, and moderate fat 35g (but low saturated fat 8g) and a 300 Cal deficit. I'm only doing this for 5 days, then I'm headed out to visit family for 2 weeks. my son is graduating from college!!! 🥰 I'll do my best to eat a big salad with protein for lunch and protein and veg with a few good low glycemic carbs at dinner. I have some protein powder and collagen powder there, and I'll buy some no sugar yogurt and raw kraut to keep my belly happy. it's difficult but not impossible to eat right when away from home. wish me luck ❤️
137.8 lb Lost so far: 60.1 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good luck on your trip! I do IF as well. I have a hard time when away from home though, eating out too much
