I'm actually surprised by the drop. Loss in muscle, maybe? Can that happen in 2 weeks? Due to the opera festival in my area kicking off, I haven't had a lot of time for working out in the past couple of weeks. I have been on my feet a lot and walking. Can you lose weight talking? If so, that definitely did it! ;) Actually, I've been so busy socializing that I haven't had a lot of chance to eat much, or even drink a lot (though I will have a glass of wine with me). That might have done it.

New workout plan? Talking so much (standing and walking, not sitting) that you don't think about eating (except for when you are actually hungry, of course)? I can do that.
112.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
