massive failure. stopped counting, started eating potatoes and gluten and stopped all my antidepressants. doing well mentally just hate how it wreaks havoc on my weight. said it several times lately but back on track. 🤞2 months left to get to onederland
213.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
