Heading in the right direction again... KEEP DRINKING THE WATER!!!!! (no matter how much you don't want to...)
227.2 lb Lost so far: 46.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.6 lb a week

Water can be yummy!!!! Try adding a little lemon if you find it boring :)

I use the single serv powder drink mix from Walmart in about half of my bottles per day. They are only 10 cal per bottle and nothing else. The orange crush and jolly rancher green apple are awesome and make drinking a lot of water easier......
