Up 1.4 lb this last week :( Starting this week I'm going to try the program "21 Day Fix" and see what happens. I've already got my food planned for the week, so I'll cross my fingers.....
149.2 lb Lost so far: 5.3 lb.    Still to go: 24.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
