Vlitzie's Journal, 13 April 2015

I started the 21 day fix last Tuesday and lost the 2 pounds in those two days. After that I still ate pretty well, but did have one or two drinks on Fri, Sat and Sun. I'm sure that impeded my loss the rest of the week. I did work out three of the seven days, which is great for me. I will try to do better this week. I promise, I will try!!!!
147.0 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
