Well, Monday didn't go as planned with starting off right...ended up eating at Saltgrass...a house salad, grilled chicken with mashed totoes and fried shrimp, some avocado appetizer thingy with chips (yummy), a big slice of strawberry cheesecake and a coronarita...alas, haven't worked out since Monday morning...today though, I had a fruit salad for lunch and about to get some yogurt.
169.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
