I was able to break my fast this morning, the scale dropped over 2 lbs and I definitely wouldn't recommend that for anyone. Today I'm going to begin my strength training to complement my cardio so I can start building up muscle to help burn off the remaining fat cells. These next couple months will be the hardest as I try to obtain my goal but I'm dedicated and I know that hard work pulls off. I don't remember ever weighing less than 145 lbs since reaching adulthood.
146.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.1 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

I was just thinking the same thing about having to do some more strength training...

It's kinda pointless to lose all this weight if my body is going to be flabby underneath, ha ha. I know I won't have 6 pack abs without a lot of hard work but I seriously would love to get into fitness like the ladies in the fitness magazines. I don't want to compete but I would love to have that level of fitness and be able to do anything I wanted to.
