Just what I was afraid of - got sloppy...slipped back up to 200lbs. Allowed myself a treat - partially to celebrate ONEderland and secondly a good workout yesterday. What a bummer-just goes to show its a never ending battle. I WILL GET UNDER 200 POUNDS AND STAY UNDER. I am definitely not ready for "treats"
200.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I found that every time I made a mini goal I'd set for myself, I'd celebrate the wrong way, and wind up gaining the next day. I've stopped giving myself goals, cause it's just license for me to eat badly after I make those goals. Guess my brain hasn't changed even though my body did.

No worries, a pound can definitely fluctuate back and forth over days, just keep your eyes on the prize and you'll get there! Slow and steady wins the race. An occasional treat is needed to keep on track, but just don't overdo it! Great job overall!

Treat yourself to something else like mani/pedi or something you love, rather than food, have to change your ideas of how to treat yourself even when you get to goal....but you will get there....keep up the good work....

Agree with Yvonne19. Treating myself with food is why Im here. I try treating myself with other things. Go for it again.... this time celebrate with nonfood item. See how it goes.

Yvonne and maw have great advice hun! I always used to reward with food when I did well, and then beat myself up about it afterward when I'd gain again. It's tough to do, but you have to change the habit of using food as a reward and choose something else you enjoy instead. For me, I now treat myself to a fabulous new piece of clothing in a smaller size or some slinky lingerie or a relaxing pedicure to celebrate my successes. Much more satisfying than the very fleeting pleasure of a food treat that I'll only end up regretting anyway. :)
