2nd day of the 5 day diet. Lost quite a bit of water weight so I am grateful.... only slipped up at night with nandos and carrot cake in reasonable portions :) ...hoping today will go off without a hitch :)
145.7 lb Lost so far: 25.1 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
