a bit more carbs in diet yesterday. hoping to have an active weekend, filled with health diet. Hope you all have a calm, peaceful few days, void of pain and turmoil.
140.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
