Starting to gain momemntum. My body and my habits have declared war on me. Finally got 6 hours of quality sleep last night, woke up early to work out. Although its hard it feels so good to get it out of the way and have the evening open for anything plus I feel like my body continues to burn calories all througout the morning.
310.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
