I've made all the diet eliminations JJ Virgin calls for in her book, but I'm not following her diet exactly in that I'm not drinking all the recommended shakes. So I say "reasonably well" but what I mean is "I'm following it as I intended to follow it when I started."
182.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 47.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
